Annie founded Park Manchester more than 15 years ago to serve a family real estate business, write grants, help organizations with business development, and have flexibility with her work during the adoption of her two daughters. She returned to working for other organizations from 2017 through 2023 in construction, property management, and medical fields. 

However, her love of travel, people, and other cultures led her to pursue certification as a Tour Director in early 2024. This also connects to her past as a Walt Disney World cast member for almost 14 years, including as a VIP Tour Guide and lead for multiple high-profile events. Annie and her family moved with intention to Tyler in the spring of 2020, without jobs, an unsold home in Houston, and with great confidence that this is their final destination. 

She is keen to share her passion for the place that has brought great joy, friendship, and a welcoming community, and she desires for others to have an even better and more connected introduction and acclimation to their new home.
